ERC's Roof Management Program is a service that provides monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual roof inspections following the guidelines and recommendations of our manufacturers. A service maintenance program designed with a proactive approach to preventative maintenance has been proven to be the most cost-effective way to extend the life of your roof.

After inspection of your roof, ERC will provide you with a roof drawing and detailed documentation outlining the current condition of your roof as well as any preventative maintenance that was performed at the time of inspection. Any work completed that falls beyond the scope of general maintenance is billed to the customer on a contract or T&M basis, depending on the scope of the work. A written proposal for any future repairs needed to maintain the integrity of your roof system will be attached to your work
